Overview and enforcement of Public Procurement Contracts
In accordance with the Conclusion of the Government of the Republic of Croatia (OG 32/11) and Article 20, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Act on the Right of Access to Information, we hereby publish:
Article 21 of the Public Procurement Act (OG 90/11, 83/13, 143/13 and 13/14, Decision of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia) – PUBLICATION OF REGISTER OF PUBLIC PROCUREMENT CONTRACTS AND FRAMEWORK AGREEMENTS
By virtue of Article 21, paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Act (OG 90/11, 83/13, 143/13 and 13/14, Decision of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia), Gradska plinara Zagreb – Opskrba d.o.o., as a contracting entity, is required to publish the Register of public procurement contracts and framework agreements.
