Gradska plinara Zagreb - Opskrba is the leading supplier of natural gas to customers connected to gas distribution systems in the Republic of Croatia. It is our wish to maintain that position and continue in our successful development of business by increasing the number of customers and expanding to new gas distribution areas.


By practicing continued education and acquiring of new knowledge, monitoring the natural gas market and customer demands, as well as by applying new technologies, we ensure the development of a sustainable business model, customer satisfaction and attainment of business objectives.  

Quality policy

Gradska plinara Zagreb - Opskrba bases its success and future development on ensuring a high-quality supply of natural gas. The satisfaction of our customers is of great importance to us and consequently we try to provide safe, reliable and uninterrupted supply of gas. By implementing the requirements of standard ISO 9001:2015, we aim to achieve higher system efficiency, permanent quality and business improvement. Through preventive action and monitoring of business processes, we try to continually improve our business system. We identify potential risks and manage them with the aim of minimizing their consequences as much as possible. Our employees are the most valuable driving force for our business processes. By encouraging teamwork and developing a sense of belonging, we create a positive work environment. Employees’ awareness of the importance of achieving the Company’s objectives and implementing the quality policy is raised through continuous education. We develop partner relationships with our suppliers and strive to achieve shared successes and business objectives through good cooperation. Activities of Gradska plinara Zagreb - Opskrba are performed in accordance with currently applicable legislation and business policy of the company and its owner. This quality policy represents the basis for development of the quality management system and it is binding on all our employees. The policy is publicly announced.
