Implementation Of The General Data Protection Regulation

Based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Gradska plinara Zagreb - Opskrba d.o.o. has adopted guidelines for implementation of the GDPR. The collection and processing of personal data is allowed solely when there exists a legal obligation or an obligation based on a contractual relationship, whereas all other processing of personal data is permitted subject to the clear consent of the owner or their plenipotentiary. The data must be exact and complete and proportional to the purpose for which they are processed. During collection of personal data, the data subject will be provided with information on collected contact data, the purpose of the processing and legal basis for processing data from recipients.

Each data subject, or their legal plenipotentiary, may exercise their rights to accessing, correcting and deletion of personal data which relate to them and for which they have provided consent in accordance with the laws.
