Calculation of gas consumption expenses for information purposes is intended for the end customers who buy natural gas through Public natural gas supply service - households and guaranteed supply (available on the web portal of Gradska plinara Zagreb - Opskrba and free web service MY ACCOUNT), and for the end customers that do not belong to the category of public gas supply service and guaranteed supply - Companies (available exclusively as a part of a free web service MY ACCOUNT).
Calculation of gas consumption expenses for information purposes is not intended for the gas customers in the system of communal boiler rooms, where monthly payable amounts for an individual user of the communal heating system and domestic hot water (DHW) system are determined by using a calculation model different from the model used for customers that have a gas meter installed in their apartment, house or business premises.
Calculation of gas consumption expenses for information purposes will be based on parameters of the last gas consumption calculation for the individual customer, and it will use currently applicable natural gas prices, regardless of the selected period of calculation. It serves to help the customers calculate their periodic gas consumption expenses, as they are currently incurred by the relevant customer, for information purposes only.
Note: If the calculation involves a minimum of one day in any given month, or more, the total fixed monthly fee for that month will be calculated as well.
